COMPANY INFORMATION


The Minnesota Avenue, Inc. is a privately held corporation established in the 1930s by the A.W. Perry family of Kansas City, Kansas.  Primarily a real estate holding company, among other assets, the company owns retail properties and raw land in Kansas and New Mexico. 

Kansas assets include a grocery store in downtown Kansas City and a 1/3 interest in a 49 acre parcel on 118th Street near the intersection of State Ave.  The largest and most valuable company holding in Kansas is a 274 acre land parcel situated directly across the street from the Kansas Speedway and the Legends Shopping Center, bordered by State Ave, Parallel Parkway, 110th and 118th Streets.  

Current management of the company has significant real estate development and investment experience in a wide variety of property types.  At some point in the future the company may pursue the development of its Kansas land parcels either alone or in joint venture with others.  In addition, the company is willing to consider the sale or lease of all or portions of its holdings.  Enquiries may be directed to the CEO of the company, Stephen Allison, or the President of the company, Gary D.
